Review athlete history and goals

Establish training objectives to meet goals

Identify personal strengths and weaknesses

Identify and rank upcoming races

Design an annual training plan tailored to your lifestyle and racing goals.

Establish heart rate zones for running, swimming and cycling,  and power zones for cycling (if appropriate).

Multi-Sport Coaching Program

Includes:

  • Detailed custom training schedules posted every week (or bi-weekly if requested by client) 

  • Daily workouts that target duration and intensity 

  • Access to www.trainingpeaks.com  where all workouts are posted, daily workouts are e-mailed directly to you, and where you can log in your workouts 

  • Access to Training Peaks message board 

  • Frequent review of your log entries. 

  • Upload availability of training devices (Garmin, Polar, etc) to Training Peaks 

  • Limited premium clients so that you get my focused attention 

  • Includes calls, and free face-to-face meetings, lessons or clinics. 

Cost:  $150.00 a month, with no set-up fees!

Includes:

  • Designed for athletes at all levels (beginner to expert) 

  • Monthly schedule that is e-mailed directly to you. 

  • Specific daily sessions, taking into account individual needs and goals 

  • Periodization planning for multiple races and events (both long term and short term) 

  • Performance analysis and feedback (where appropriate and available) 

  • Unlimited e-mail support contact with the coach

  • Best of all, a program designed to fit your lifestyle and goals! 

Cost:  $60.00 a month, with no setup fees!

Ironman or Half Ironman Training Plans - 20 weeks ($300.00)

Sprint or Olympic Training Plans - 16 weeks ($250.00)

Marathon Training Plans - 16 weeks ($150)

Contact Coach for information regarding these plans. All plans include personalized plan to your race (to include all other races preceeding your 'A- race) access to Training Peaks. Seperate charges will be incurred for any changes to be made in plan once it has been created ($30.00).

 

Other Services Provided:

 

Swim Lessons:  60 min session is $50.00, Group Session (minimum 3, maximum 6 athletes) $70.00

Run Technique Evaluation:  60 min session is $50.00, Group Session (Minimum 3, maximum 6 athletes) $70.00 (will run over one hour)

Bike Handling Skills:  60 min session is $50.00

Speed Workouts:  Drop in fee of $5.00 per session, contact coach for more information
