My Philosophy?
You can do it, and it shouldn't
have to cost you an arm and a leg to accomplish your
goals!
I believe in myself and my
coaching abilities. I also don't believe that to have a sound
program you need to pay hundreds of dollars to achieve your
goal. Training an athlete is both and Art and a Science, and I
have the experience and education to back up my
credentials.
I've coached several clients to
Boston Marathon qualifying times, numerous podium award
winners, to achieving a goal of just finishing or setting PR in
any Triathlon/Duathlon distance race, and have qualified
several athletes for the World Championship events (Ironman,
Xterra, and ITU Long Course and Short Course events)
With proper training,
consistent scheduling of workouts, and proper goal setting YOU
too can accomplish what you set out to
do.
Whether you are an experienced
athlete or a beginner you can benefit from a program that fits
YOUR schedule and lifestyle to achieve your goals.
With over 38 years of
experience in athletics, and 25 years of coaching experience
I've seen and done a lot.
Race Strategy - I can help you
build a strategy that suits your personality and
ability.
When it comes to injuries - I
know where you can find some relief, and also help you get back
into shape when you are healed, plus I have a network of
excellent specialists in the Fredericksburg region for those
who are local, or have a network to find you the same quality
care if you live out of the area.
Workouts - You won't always get
the same old workouts in your season. You will have a program
that works on different energy systems every 4-8 weeks
(depending on your peak race) that is based on
research.
And when you get to the race of
your dreams you'll know that "
you can do it!"

Max
Bernardes - 9 Time NCAA All-American Swimmer,
is an excellent stroke instructor for the beginner to advanced.
His ability to teach and demonstrate proper skills is one that
is hard to match! He is currently pursuing a degree in Physical
Therapy/Nutrition at West Chester University.

Ruth
Olson - USATF
All-American Elite Runner from the Fredericksburg area, has an
excellent coaching personality that is great for the beginner
and advanced runners. Ruth will work primarily with the
beginner runner to help them run their first 5k to the
marathon.
We have created a business
committed to providing the highest level of coaching, and skill
development services for endurance athletes of all skills and
disciplines, ages and abilities.
